Post Surgical Rehabilitation
Once you are discharged from the hospital after your surgery, you will require a progression of exercises to fully regain your strength, flexibility and function. Physiotherapists are experienced in exercise progression, soft tissue, joint and scar tissue mobilization. The physiotherapist will work with you and your surgeon to progress your rehabilitation protocol based on the specific surgery.
